ALL ABOUT RENTING

Prices quoted are for a one day / one usage charge. If you wish to rent items for a longer period of time, please call our office for special, extended rates.

DELIVERY / PICK UP

Delivery and pick up are available at reasonable rates. Please call for the fee that applies to your area. Normally Delivery / pick up hours are Monday – Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Arrangements outside of this range can be made for an additional charge.

You are welcome to pick up your rental order at our warehouse. All orders to be picked up should be placed at least 24 hours in advance: however, we will always strive to accommodate your needs if at all possible.

Deliveries are made to a dock, garage or door readily available to our trucks. For pick up, rental items should be stacked in the same place and manner that they were delivered.

SET UP / TAKE DOWN

We do offer set up and take down of all tables and chairs for a nominal fee. Advance arrangements should be made for this service.

RESPONSIBILTY

Responsibility for rented items remains with the customer from the time of delivery to time of return. Additional charges may apply for damage and/or shortage. Damage waiver is available upon request.

DAMAGE WAIVER

You may elect to pay a fee equal to a fixed percentage of the cost of your rentals, in lieu of additional charges for DAMAGED ITEMS. Damage waiver DOES NOT cover shortage or loss of items, NOR does it cover damage due to improper or abusive use of the items. Damage waiver does not apply to tents or tents accessories.
